Dunkin' - Fair Lawn

I love DD coffee but when you order a flavor which I often do it always tastes different because each employee makes it different. Aren't they all trained to make the items a specific way? I don't understand why one day it is very sweet, the next very weak.

Ordered on a Sunday morning, came here on my way to somewhere else. Great fast service, Dunkin Donuts crew put enough care and love into preparing my bagel with cream cheese. Also located in a cute town called Fair Lawn

For anyone who visits here when you mess up your order or don't like what you have, you can reorder without paying for what you don't want. This is the policy of the DD. Some employees, if you ask, will say that it is on you, but if you are firm and say that I do not want that, they will give you a refund or something else.

I ordered curbside pickup, but it seemed like the employees were unfamiliar with the process. After waiting in my car for 15 minutes, I had to go inside to remind them about my order. I even tried calling, but no one bothered to answer the phone.

The late-night staff at the restaurant are consistently quick and courteous.
