Great meal and staff were fantastic the place was clean and good

Very welcoming, staff could not do enough to make my visit enjoyable. Had a two course meal for £20, cannot beat it for value.

Hadn't been here for years but reviews were good so made last minute booking for 6. Menu had good variety service was excellent. Food arrived in good time with generous sized portions. Take note when the menu suggests to leave room for pudding...definitely worth it. Altogether a lovely relaxes lunch hope to return again soon

Visited for a mothers day weekend meal with family. Pre booked online which always handy, with a call back from the pub quickly to confirm. Nice atmosphere in the pub, busy but not loud and too crowded. Bar area does snacks and light meals and restaurant does sit down waitress served, more formal. Table not too close together and relaxed feeling. Good range of food, we had the special mothers day menu but there were several choices for each course. Bar not too pricey and nice staff. Would go there again if in the area and would recommend.
