Mcdonald's - EXCELSIOR

Dietary restrictions: They didn’t help at all when requested help. Employees would look at us while asking for help and completely ignore our request for help. We wait for 10+ minutes and still no one would come. At one point the manager walked right by and we asked for help and she continued right passed us.Kid-friendliness: We are kids and requested assistance and where completely ignored and even felt severely judged by them side eyeing us the whole time

I ordered two cheeseburgers only pickle. I was not aware that that meant no cheese on my cheeseburgers. ?? Usually I'm pretty chill about it but I've been sick and it's the ONLY thing that sounded good, wasted $30 on delivery only to get food I won't eat. Thanks.

Went to this McDonald’s today, they got my order wrong, which wasn’t too big of a deal, so I went inside to get them to change it. I waited for 10-15 minutes before anyone even came to the counter. Finally remade my burger just for me to get home and find a hair in it. Pass this McDonald’s if there are ANY other options.

I am writing to share my recent experience and unfortunately, it was less than satisfactory.The wait time was approximately 30 minutes, and upon receiving my order, I discovered that several items were missing. Additionally, the tables were noticeably dirty, contributing to an overall unpleasant dining environment.This experience fell short of my expectations. I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope you can address these concerns promptly.

Waited for order for 30!!! Min! Awful. Never will return
