Coalition - EXCELSIOR

Went to the coalition for Mother’s Day late Saturday afternoon. This place has a cool vibe. The food is good and the drinks are phenomenal but like all places I wanted to give this a 5 Star rating but I would say more like a 4. They were short on servers. They had one bartender making Tons of drinks By herself, she did a phenomenal job and with a full bar besides not one stool empty in front of her. Our server was good. She was a little overwhelmed. She was working outside tables and inside, but overall we will be back, it’s to bad that all these places are hurting for servers.

One of the best signs of a great establishment is how they recover from the occasional mistake. Today Leo our server and bartender did a fantastic job. He should get raise.His tone and temperament throughout a Mother’s Day lunch was engaging, caring and attentive.Thank you:
