Sonic Drive-in - Excelsior Springs

The car hop was extra nice. There was not an option for a tip on screen and most ppl do not have cash so I tipped him $20 because I know these ppl are losing out on tips. Food was good and workers were great but sonic needs to do better at on-screen tip option.

There is way to much salt on the food usually I don't even write reviews but I just went and got two breakfast toasters and I can't even eat mine bc the amount of salt on it is burning my

I went here at 6pm on a Wednesday. Every stall was full. Every. Stall. The drive thru was also backed up. My first thought was, Oh no not going through this , but I decided to sit in line anyway. I was amazed at how quickly it went through. These girls working were MOVIN. By the time I had my food, most of the cars in the stalls were gone as well. Food was great, as ordered, they even apologized for my wait (Seriously, what wait I was expecting WAY LONGER). Amazing job!

Terrible service. Took 39 minutes to get a online order after it said it was on its way after five minutes of being there
