Saito And Pho - Ewa Gentry

I love that they have a tubu (tofu) garlic bahn mi, since I've found it hard to find non-meat options other places. I used to order that a lot, but I've stopped coming because the last three times the baguettes have been hard and dry. I don't know if they're using old and dried out bread or just making it poorly, but despite the good flavors, the texture makes it very unpleasant to eat (had literally scratched my mouth). I'm hoping someday they'll improve and I can become a regular customer again.

Love my pho combination #73 on the menu. Food is ready good and delicious. It is fresh and delicious. Atmosphere is good and relaxing. Service is fast and the prices are affordable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

Terrible, they automatically make you pay a 18% gratuity fee without even asking. They don't even come and refill your water without you having to tell them too. Why should I pay a automatic gratuity if the service sucks?!? Rip off. Wrong to do that to customers without notice. They have terrible service!

I enjoy their food but the service today wasn't all there. Tried to phone in an order on the drive home from Mililani, only to call for 25min straight with no answer. Get to the restaurant to order in person and is told about 25min. But end up waiting close to 40min instead.
