Bidra med feedbackI'm not in the habit of putting reviews on Google, however I felt obliged to do so following my mishap today. The person at reception was extremely nonchalant and above all bitter. It is clear that she has no sense of customer relations and does not hesitate to look down on you. Pay 125 euros to come (limit) and be insulted, no thank you! I find that really unfortunate. She speaks to you informally and disrespects you following a simple question asked.... I am not sure that this is the image that urbansoccer wishes to convey to families and its customers. Concerning the quality of the pitches and the changing rooms, I have nothing to say apart from the systematic absence of chasubles (adult size preferably). The rest of the staff are very competent and is very friendly. After this experience, we will not come back.
January 7, a Sunday morning motivated for a Five, the person at the unpleasant reception lack of professionalism and respect towards customers it's a shame it remains a leisure center... the smile and kindness is free.
The lady from (color) at reception is not pleasant at all, she refused to give us the ball almost 5 minutes before the match, even though we play every weekend. She didn't give us any chasubles under the pretext that she had forgotten to wash them, in addition to her she speaks too badly with the customers If this persists we will not come back. (Otherwise the rest of the team are nice)
Super complex, the manager let us play a few moments longer because we weren't on time. We had a great time.
