The review concerns the lady at the checkout with long black hair, and if there weren 't multiple bumps I wouldn 't have entered the process... let 's start: 1. While I initially told her the phone number (for the points) she tells me after the payment.....result??? To lose the gift certificate I had won. 2. He didn 't give us a buzzer to let us know when the order will be ready... go he says and I will call.... The food was cold when I got word that he will NEVER cry.!!!! 3. With the food choices we made, he could suggest a combo combination for the customer to win , but he did not enter the process!! The management of the store must properly train the staff and also choose with this criterion. What I saw unfortunately gave me the feeling that you operate like in the State!!!! They delivered the wrong order and won't even pick up the only return phone they have. Mercy!!! UNACCEPTABLE. Service: 1
