Bonefish Grill - Evesboro

Great service, amazing special meals, so tasty! Never had a bad meal!!

This is the 2nd I’ve eaten at this restaurant, the 1st time was excellent. This time …so so. The atmosphere is nice and clean. The waitress was very prompt and attentive. Overall this is a decent restaurant. The takeaway on the whole thing….even though the waitress was good she lack knowledge about the special…..Black Cod, I was told it’s the same thing as regular Cod and not much more than that. Only to find out that it’s proper name is Sable fish and is loaded Omega 3 fatty acids and is considered more of a delicacy than regular Cod. Nice to know that I picked the right fish…disappointed with the waitress’s lack of knowledge she was still very good and was tipped appropriately. Once my plate arrived I was again disappointed because the plate was basically cold….it was just warm enough to tolerate it and not send it back. The dish was good but would have so much better if it was served hot. I did say something to the manager and he did compensate us with free desserts.

First time here and we loved it. The restaurant looked beautiful and the staff were nice. The food was very delicious.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to shellfish and they said many people dine with shellfish allergies. They have plenty of other food on the menu. I definitely will be returning soon to try some others dishes.

Update--the restaurant is better than ever. We had the cedar plank hawaiian salmon that was fabulous.Food and drink here are great. Not just surf but turf entrees like bone-in pork chops. They have great salads too. Even the house salad is a wonderful greens mix.

My husband and I had an excellent dinner at Bonefish Grill. He had the seasonal special pasta with shrimp and scallops and I had the grilled shrimp and scallops with potatoes and broccoli. Our server, Eddie, even asked if I liked the broccoli softer or a bit crisper/firmer. That was a first for me, and it was done perfectly. We shared the coconut pie for dessert, which was excellent.Eddie was attentive and the food came out quickly, even though the restaurant was full.All in all, a great meal.
