Black Forest Steak House - Everson

Wasn't near Everson for about 10 years (aka, the last time we went to Niemann's food, was as good as we remember! Had the Jaeger carved... it was wonderful!!! The red cabbage side was better than before, including our visit to Germany. Schnitzel was served by spatzle with a delicious sauce. Portion size was generous and very favorable. Also a Cesar Salat. Small and very popular restaurant (also has fabulous steaks! Reservations are a good idea. If you go back in this direction in a few weeks, a return will take place. BTW, the servers are great!

It was our first time to eat there and it was so beautiful. The waitress was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious.

Excellent dinner; Scallop appetizers in lemon butter were perfect, steaks were also perfect, sides were hearty and fill. We couldn't clean our plates. The dining room is dated and dark, but the service is good and the food is excellent.

Schnitzel... one of the only spots in Whatcom County. Eat well prepared. Would increase the rating if a German beer had on Hahn. Decor reminds of Landchalet.

Excellent steaks cooked to the perfect medium rare! The goulash soup was awesome! Service was top notch! I had the ribeye and the wife had the filet mignon. Perfect char and crust on my ribeye! Sad to say, my wife asked for steak sauce...i was so embarrassed!
