Had to repeat order multiple times order extra ketchup no onion or pickle why would you think wiping off the onions (halfway) is acceptable? Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds’s. Which is saying a lot. Congratulations, you’re the rudest and least professional McDonald’s. You did it! So proud of you! Service: 1

Bad service and the manager was very rude, my fries were cold and I asked for hot ones and he got upset and threw them in the trash. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worker complained to us directly twice about the amount of effort it took for him to put our order into the computer system, all we asked was that our sandwiches come without one item. He was also wearing a very political pin on his uniform and I just don’t think McDonald’s should sanction politically-charged messaging from any direction. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
