Bidra med feedbackIt absolutely pains me to write this as I 've been purchasing items from this gluten free baker since they were in Edmonds! Recently, maybe over the last two years, have noticed the bread cubes sold around thanksgiving by PCC have been rancid, so bad smelling. I was able to return them but super inconvenient. More recently this last week purchased two pumpkin pies. Not really pumpkin, more like ginger snap cookie flavor which is okay but there is something in it that gave me stomachs cramps. I tested it out and yep, it 's the pie. Unclear what 's in it as all the ingredients I 've had before. Sadly I will not be buying yet another item. I really want to support a local biz but the product isn 't what it used to be. Miss her chocolate cake with strawberries and the lemon pound cakes!
I tried the mini baguette, gluten free, and the brownies. Both delicious. I baked the frozen bread for a few minutes and it was perfect.
The BEST gluten free, dairy free, egg free cupcakes EVER. The only thing I don’t like is I have to hunt them down. They’re not easy to find where I live.
Their food is horrible half the time they're not washing their hands they wash their dishes like once a month the factory has ants in it no matter how many times employees have brought it to their attention and they treat their staff like **** one of the worst small businesses in the state
Absolutely the BEST gluten free vegan bread I have ever had Excellent!!!
