Since the pandemic this restaurant has gone downhill!! Anytime we think, let's try it again, what a bad idea!! I understand that your short handed, but over an hour wait all the time is ridiculous!! The last time I ordered for pickup, we were missing 2 side orders. I called 3 times and kept getting told a manager would call me. That never happened, why do I want to pay for things I didn't receive?? This time we checked everything before we left. HOWEVER, the order was supposed to be ready at 7. We left the house at 7 got there and we were told the order was no longer here. We were told that dashers just pick up whatever orders. WHAT??? We were asked if we wanted the order made again, how long will that take? 15 to 30 minutes. At the 15 minute mark the order still wasn't ready. Half hour mark still wasn't ready. I went to the car when the order was finally ready, I wanted to make sure we got everything... missing one side order. My daughter was waiting for the chocolate shakes...those were a joke, didn't even fill up the cup. Got the missing side order and got home in 5 minutes...cold food. I'm so tired of getting screwed by this restaurant. This was the last time we will be trying to eat here. I'm done with this mess!!!!

Placed an online order at 5:20pm for curbside pick up at 6:00pm. I got there a couple minutes early, called the number as instructed and was told the food would be out shortly. Noticing how busy it was I expected it to take a little longer. I did not expect to sit there for 15 minutes! And then an employee came out and asked if I was waiting for a pick up. I told her my name and she went in to check on the food and came right back out with it. I drove the one mile to get home and as I opened the to-go containers I felt my daughters food and it was cold. Not warm, not room temp but cold!! I will never get food from this location ever again.

We come here every year for my daughter's birthday. This year was horrible. Our waitress kept sitting to take our order. Okay, i guess but then when taking 9 hour, she didn't write them down. Which resulted in only 5 of the 9 drink orders being actually done. Then we kept having to ask and she was irritated. Then the food, same thing....only half our food came out and several were wrong, not even close to what we ordered. It took almost 2 hours to get the final last meal. And even then, they were wrong. The manager took three meals back so three people never ate. Then when they offered us some onions rings and fries why we waited, they added it to our bill. Are you kidding me....the server also proceeded to sit with her friends and got mad at us when we asked where our drinks were that we asked her about 3 previous times. Manager said sorry, we are transitioning staff. And offered to remove the three meals off the bill we never actually got to eat. Seriously the worst service, worst time we have ever had at a restaurant. Disappointed is an understatement. And after 2 hours, never even got the birthday song or dessert for our daughter.

Was not here in years, but from my experience today, it was great! The workers were super helpful. The food was good and the Pommes came. I love her honey mustard and ranch here. I will say in the past, the service was not the best (probably why this site has a lower rating), but it seems better now. Be aware that currently a lot of lack of specific ingredients, be so aware if you want something special.
