Love the atmosphere, always a friendly crowd, amazing mochas, must have every time I’m in the city for a play. Both locations are excellent.

I love this place! I get mochas there once or twice a week there and service is quick and friendly and my mocha is always great. They have punchcards too!

The batista was kind. She made my Creamsicle drink perfectly!

This morning I stopped to get a latte. I was asked if I knew “the guy up the hill”I said yes, because I do know someone up the hill. I was then told I would not be served and had the window slammed on my face. I have done absolutely nothing wrong and I have bought lattes there over the last three years on a pretty regular basis. I used to get a latte every single day. But I was banned because I knew someone that allegedly did something to get himself banned??? The barista was extremely rude, and would not give me a reason. I had to go into the store and talk to the owner. He gave me a little information and said he would talk to everybody that day. Was so upset that I was shaking as I walked to work. I have no clue what is going on, but I do know I’ve never been treated like that ever in my entire life!! don’t know if I will ever go back! Would’ve given zero stars for the way I was treated this morning!If this situation does not get corrected immediately I will talk to whoever I need to to get it taken care of!
