Wingstop - Evansville

I was glad Evansville got a Wing Stop... I always visited one near my old spot in Atlanta. So I swore in the new facility to close nearby to grab a late evening snack. Not hit with all the smiles as suggested in another explanation, but did not welcome the same. The first difference is the prices... slightly higher and more to get all drumsticks than I'm used to... but the biggest difference is waiting! It took 30 minutes to get my 8 pieces and Pommes. I think the food was good and the restaurant looked good. But waiting, the customers sevice, employees go to the counter, and the staff in the back (with the man bun) touch garbage cans, brooms, his clothes and cell... then help out with food, there was a lower score.

We had the all-in bundle 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders. Tenders Flavors: BBQ (was only partly coated Plain (was good Wings Flavors: Original hot (flavorful but wasn't crispy Garlic parmesan (was very good but partly coated Fries was not crispy as it should be Good experience overall

Waited 25 minutes for our food when it wasn't very busy. All the employees were engaged in a very loud 15 minute argument screaming and cussing nonstop, including constant F-bombs when there were 2 children in there. Not coming back. It was approximately 5 p.m. Saturday September 17th. Ghetto as hell.

This place is so absolutely ghetto. I walked in there and walked back out. Lobby looked dirty the staff were Being loud and saying inappropriate things. That might fly in east St. Louis or south Chicago but there is a market in this town that does appreciate cleanliness and customer service. As matter of fact, seeing all these other negative reviews makes me wonder how this place is still even open?

I ordered takeout at 4:41 PM when I arrived an hour later they said 5 to 10 minutes so I waited. After waiting about 25 minutes I asked where my order was since I ordered it so early …so they looked for my order …they said it was never made. So they said it’s not their responsibility since I ordered it before the current staff came on duty. So after much discussion I said I already paid $68 and I just want my food so finally she said we’ll just have to make it again. I finally got my order close to 7:00pm I was at Wingstop for 1 hour…What a horrible experience!
