Rally's Hamburgers - Evansville

Worst restaurant drive thru experience ever. I was excited all day to bring my Mom for a big Burford. The lady answering was loud and short with me as she was on the phone. When we pulled up to the window, she blurted out the total and continued withher conversation. It was busy, she was multi tasking so I didn 't think too much about it. After she handed me my bag I saidthank you, have a good night, she then yelled, What? That 's what I thought as I drove away. As if I had smarted off to her.This location needs corporate to come in. The store looked filthy and the employees have no customer service training orsupervision. I am so disappointed with my experience. I will never visit this location again. I manage a restaurant and I wouldfire someone on the spot for that type of behavior. Avoid this location!

I ordered online 20 minutes before pickup. I got there and there were 5 cars in front of me. But then I quickly discovered the left lane was for pickup orders. I drove up and my order ready.

Had the 5 dollar meal chicken nuggets hot, french fries hot, hamburger cold. Went back to get it corrected the redhead at the drive thru window very rude. Also slick pitch when they ask you if you wanted cheese with hamburger, it only added 75 centsmore to price that they don't tell you. $5 price went to $6,75 after tax. Slick real slick

Love this place. Greasy good food. Large portions depending on what your ordering. I go here once every two weeks if not more due to the fact it's open till 4 am and I work second shift and its literally on my way back home. Good stuff.
