Pizza By The Slice - Evansville

The bathrooms were absolutely nauseating, the majority of the fountain drinks were out of order, and the pizza was average at best.

I got 2 pieces of pizza to go. One cheese and one pepperoni. The price was under $5 so I just handed them a $5 bill and told him to keep the change but if I would have known that he had thrown both of my pieces of pizza right on top of each other I wouldn't have given him that tip. I went here because I heard it was a nice place to get a slice of pizza. The pepperoni was really good but the cheese pizza was so soggy that I couldn't eat anything except the crust. I'm not even from Evansville I just happened to be there for work. So you could say 50/50 I was happy with one piece and disappointed with the other. You guys need to make sure your pizza is cooked all the way before you pull it out of the oven and serve it to people because nobody likes eating dough.

Pizza was good. Unique options which we like. Would like to try the pizza when they first come out vs thrown back in the oven...Will try again.

Heads up, they only take cash payment. But the pizza is very good and the atmosphere is other-worldy. Definitely worth becoming a regular.
