La Herradura Mexican Restaurant Bar Grill

La Herradura is a hidden gem of authentic Mexican cuisine in the southeast of Evansville, near Barnes and Noble. The value for your money is crazy, I have her house Special Sampler, two plates amazing food for $11, never was in a place that gave you as much variety as I had for the price I had paid. The meat is authentically seasoned (just the same salt and pepper above all), so I think that is confusing for some, but it is really authentic that way without taco sauce or taco season, the American versions of Mexican meat is. The food came out quickly, we went out during the week and had no problem, drinks refilled and filled our belly beak. Will like to grind others here in the future, not only for the huge portions of food, but for the unique experience here in Evansville.

This is a very cute place. Food was good with very large portions. Service was quick!

Food is excellent. I ordered takeout: fajitas, chimichangas, stuffed jalapeno poppers. All delicious with generous portions. Alas, tortillas were forgotten or misplaced, hence only 4 stars. I will be returning, and soon. Assuming the tortilla thingy was a fluke this review will get updated. I recommend.

Food was delicious, our server wasn't the greatest but we were also in a privet room so may just have been an out of site out of mind. Reasonable prices excellent cocktail
