Must literally go on a screen to order her to eat. add and dispense what they want. asks if they want to type server. then you have to get your food. the food was sub par. bacon was super thin.

I googled Steak n Shake to place a pickup order at the location closest to the store I was running into so I could pickup my order on my way home. By clicking on the Google link that came up first I was directed to the online ordering menu that indicated it was linked to Postmates for delivery. I did not think my pickup order would go through Postmates but it did. I thought the prices were kind of high but I figured it was due to the current general inflation and the lingering Covid related supply issues.Today I was curious about this thinking I made a mistake but the Google link still directs you to delivery companies even for pick up. I then found and clicked on the SnS website and checked the menu prices available for pickup and they were substantially lower!This seems like a bait and switch scam allowed by Google.

2 stars because the hamburger was pretty good.Chocolate shake was awful. Tasted bad and was melted the moment it was handed to us. Pretty sure its just generic choclate syrup flavoring. Didn't bother asking for it to be fixed because the staff was visibly upset to be there. Ketchup and mustard is only available by request. Upon request employees argued about who would get it.
