Insomnia Cookies - Evanston

A wonderful place filled with goodness, freshness and kindness. The cookies are fresh, hot off the oven, and the people at the counters are extremely helpful and kind. The lady at the counter gave us extra cookies just to make up for some delays in the oven. A wonderful gesture to keep our little girls happy. Will keep coming back.

I am a regular at Insomnia Cookies Evanston; the staff always welcomes me with smiles and kindness, even if they’ve had a challenging day. Today they even gave me a free sample for the new vegan pumpkin spice cookie. They were crispy on the outside and soft in the center. They pair really well with apple cider as well as oat milk. Bottom line: all their cookies are tasty, and their customer service is great.

One of the best cookies I've ever tasted. Minus one star since both of my friends' orders got cancelled, and mine was the only one that got delivered. But this could just be because of an understaffed establishment.

Nice Evanston location. The chocolate vegan cookie was good. I will return to either the Evanston location or one of the Chicago locations.

Smelled like heaven when I walked in, I honestly think their oatmeal cookie is the best thing I've ever tasted in my life
