Giordano's - Evanston

The service itself was okay, but it took almost an hour to serve the food. The food was okay, a bit cold. The garlic parmesan fries were super good. I was excited to try the Deep dish Chicago style pizza, and in my opinion it wasn't worth the hype at all.

I went today 05/1/2024, the manager's attention upon arrival was not so good. The pizza came out a little burnt. I complained and the manager's attention was better and they gave me a discount, which seemed fair to me. That is, if they solved the problem, that's why I give a good rating.The service of the person who attended us was good.

Was really expecting a better experience based on reviews. It's not bad, but I've had better pizza in Chicago. The service was meh and the overall experience just left me wanting to leave. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't good either. Nice area though.

My daughter and I stopped after her harp concert. We are from out of town and wanted some delicious Giordano’s before heading home. What a great experience! Not crowded at the lunch hour so we got to chat with our server Dan who was the best. He was a great server before we chatted with him. But what a kind and engaging man. If you think the service industry is awful, you need to go to Giordano’s and ask for Dan! Plus the pizza is always amazing!

Horrible service. Sat there for 12 minutes without anyone acknowledging us and it wasn’t busy at all. We asked twice for service and still wasn’t helped. Coming from someone who runs a business, it’s sad to see businesses like this.
