Gigio's Pizzeria - Evanston

I have been eating slices for her for most of my life but ever since I started working close by I get to really see what they have to offer. So far everything has been good bu this time I ordered burritos for lunch. I would highly recommend.

I come to Evanston once or twice a year all the way from Switzerland to visit my family.. the last thing i always do befor i head to the airport is get a slice at gigios. cant really leave without stoping at that place :

On of the best but under rated slices in the city with a consistency over the years the is unmatched sand the cherry on top is the amazing Mexican food they've added over the last few years! Evanston has a pathetic lack of authentic Mexican food and I was thrilled to find the additions to the menu. And don't forget to ask for their secret super hot salsa if you think you can handle it!?

Delicious pizza. Amazing Reubens. Yummy Italian Beef. Great service.Update: Had problems with our recent order. Asked for no horseradish on steak sandwich but got horseradish. Mozzarella sticks were so hard. Inedible.No salsa with the steak fahiitas. And they weren't that great. Very disappointed this time. Only thing good was the fast delivery. We’ve been going to Gigio’s for fifteen years now. They are amazing. Best NY-style pie in Chicagoland! Don’t be afraid to try other things on the menu! It’s all good! One of my kids doesn’t eat cheese but is nuts about the tacos and burritos. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly!
