Poblano's Mexican Grill - Evans

I love it here. Servers are always on point. Food is always hot and fresh ingredients.

Poblanos has always been our go to Mexican restaurant, but maybe it is time to explore other Mexican restaurants. When entering the restaurant, the hostess ignored us because he was busy surfing on his cell phone at a table. Then, he finally decided to seat us. No welcome, no smile, no nothing. Then, he slaps the menus on the table and walks off. We waited a while for a waiter even though the restaurant was basically empty. We requested lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese on our tacos- items that should be on a taco. No mention that the price would be doubled until we received the bill. We are always big tippers, but on this day it was 10%.

Service was fast and amazing. The server was always there when I needed him. The food was sub par. Not very seasoned. Steak was supposed to be medium rare. It was a brick.

AMAZING FOOD! Great service. The food is great and the street tacos are packed full of meat! They don't skimp at all! Chorizo Cheese dip is absolutely great also! If you're in the area stop by. It's worth the stop and I will be back.

Every time I go to Poblanos, it is busy. But the wait is never long and the food and service are excellent! This visit was no exception. We were seated immediately and enjoyed a great meal with fast, friendly service. I had a burrito especial with beef and can highly recommend it. Poblanos is a great place to share a meal with friends and family!
