Veg Salad Craft - Eugene

I always love Veg Salad Craft! So many excellent choices. I am trying a new salad each time I go in and all are topnotch! 5 gold stars!

I ordered a dirty bird salad bowl and the toppings to lettuce ratio was whack. It was like 3 pounds of romaine and a handful of toppings with an ounce of dressing

We went here pretty much every day during our vacation in Eugene and ordered the warm vegan bowl and added avocado with classic balsamic. The food is fresh and delicious, the store was clean and inviting and the staff was friendly. Our meals here were the highlight of our trip, I wish they had a location closer to us, but we'll just have to make our way to Eugene, OR more often. Thanks for the amazing food and great customer service!

Great for low carb. I was able to create my bowl with my favorite Vegetables and steak. Brussel sprouts were especially good.

The staff was extremely friendly. All three people welcomed me in, asked me if I needed anything while I was eating, and gave me a sincere thank for for recycling my waste and then a hearty goodbye when I left. I felt like I was fed by friends. The salads are exceptional and the portions match the price you pay. Very happy this restaurant is close to my work so I can come here every week. Thank you to the owners, you and the staff are doing it right!
