Spacious digs with a good food selection and the beer selection is even better. Lots of limited release beverages. You order with a QR code. The fried rockfish sandwich was ample with a pleasant tartar sauce. Good side salad.

As to be expected, an amazing beer selection with knowledgeable staff. Food and ambiance was also great.

Save some time and go to Hop Valley instead. The owner only cares about posting to Instagram instead of providing good food or good service.

I've returned to the mothership once again... most craft beer enthusiasts will know that small microbreweries will generally have some beers on tap at the brewery that they don't bottle. That gives them a chance to try new recipes out. Ninkasi is no exception to that and they have a line up of great beers that you may have had from your local supermarket in bottle or can and they have some tasty offerings only found at the brewery. The food was great but a few things were a miss like the appetizer of potato chips that was a bag of tiny broken pieces. My favs were the artichoke po boy and the burger. They have a very friendly staff but in a busy night with their ordering system it's sometimes hard to get help unless you catch them when dropping items off to you. All in all a GREAT place that I will return to next time I'm in town.

I actually went here twice last weekend! Once for dinner and another time for drinks! The outside and inside each have very fun, unique vibes and layouts. My favorite menu suggestions: the craft cocktails (really great deal and flavor) and the smoked salmon appetizer!
