Everyone there is super nice and quick with there orders!! Food is always hot and tastes great!

The kids who work here need to be retrained. They don't notice online orders until the person is there to pickup. They don't prep enough and are always out of crucial items.In addition they seem to always be socializing with each other and not serving customers.

Bought lunch at the VRC panda’s. Called to let them know the Kung pao chicken had a thick beef sauce, not Kung pao sauce. Employee told me I was wrong and said ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Gee, make it correctly, or simply apologize. Will never order from them again, he was extremely rude.

If u do a mobile order make sure to count your stuff. Showed up a little early and had to wait. Watched them try to pack up my meal with 1 less egg roll and 1 less entree. Also coats shouldn't be worn behind the counter while handling food. Cross contamination like crazy. Saw handling of everything none food then hands straight into my food. Like seriously? Absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting owners.

The girl that works the weekends around 3pm is horrible she is rude she don't even greet you she looks and you rude!! Two days in a row!!!! I feel if you are in customer service you should always greet your customers no matter what not act like you're not even there and start talking to a different customer!
