Mezza Luna Pizzeria - Eugene

We have visited this restaurant before because it is close to our location. However, we encountered several issues during our most recent visit. Firstly, our online order indicated that our pizza was not started until we arrived, as the staff did not read the order beforehand. Additionally, we discovered that our vegan pizza did not contain any of the ingredients listed on the website. When we called to inquire about the missing marinated tempeh, we were informed that the restaurant did not have that ingredient. Despite paying the full price, our pizza was late and lacking the advertised ingredients. Furthermore, there were discrepancies in the worker's responses when we mentioned the issues in person. The pizza itself was average, with the crust being the highlight as the vegetables were undercooked. We even had to heat up other dishes as there was a lack of protein options. We do not plan on returning and will seek out a different pizza place that consistently offers high quality products and service.

I love Mezza Luna! The food is always delicious. It's a great spot for a quick bite or to grab a whole cake.

I brought this cake to my daughter at her middle school for lunch so she could share with her friends at the table. She was thrilled by how delicious it was! Now, I can't wait to have some myself as I write this review. I'm on my way with a fork in hand, I need a slice!

Pizza like costco, this is good, but sick they just go to costco from now on. they are barely ever open, barely sitting in the inner and the service is easy even if that.

The food was alright, but the service was off putting. Almost like talking to a brick wall. Plus we overheard them being rude to other customers. The pizza looked similar to Costco, next time we will skip this place and go to Costco, and I'll pick up vegan food at Pho The Good Times.
