I Scream For Waffles - Eugene

I absolutely love the incredible, delicious ice cream and sorbet at I Scream For Waffles! It has quickly become my favorite spot for desserts in Eugene, and honestly, my top pick for ice cream worldwide. Their unique recipes are made in-house right here in Eugene, and the owner is exceptionally friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this food truck/ice cream shop enough. Here's to many more years of enjoyment!

The handcrafted food at this restaurant is delicious! I tried the Fried Chicken and Gouda Waffle sandwich and it was amazing. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and covered in melted gouda. It paired perfectly with my Oakshire beer.

I was stuck in traffic and relieved to find that the food was warm and ready to go. The service was quick and friendly. However, I was disappointed to receive chicken strips instead of chicken on the bone, and there wasn't a lot of chicken or waffle for the price. The waffle was burnt and dry. Despite the positive reviews from others, I may give this place another chance to see if they were just having an off day.
