Five Guys - Eugene

First and last time we will visit this location. Fries were old, cold, and soggy and the burger was terrible… I couldn't even finish it. Soggy bun, bland meat, way too many condiments… the whole thing squished when I tried to bite into it and it tasted terrible. Messy as heck too… ended up in the garbage. $30 down the bin.

Ooof. Paid $8 for a soggy thin bun and a head of lettuce. Price has gone up and quality has gone down. Disappointing.

RANCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is nobody mentioning that they don't have ranch?! Is that like, the best part? Burgers are really good though even without it. Fries would be better thought if they had it.

We order from this 5 guys frequently and they are always quick and super friendly! Food today was perfect, as usual. The nice lady who took my order (my receipt said Nieves? has great customer service and is running a tight ship!

First time expierence. Prices were fair. I got a bacon burger which was only $10.65. All my mates got milk shakes which are $6.65. There menu is not overwhelming. The burger was delicious. You can add as many toppings from there list as you want without extra charge except for a 2nd patty. The sesame bun was a little thin for this style burger so it did get soggy quick.
