Dairy Queen - Eugene

On April 12, 2022, I ordered a cheeseburger combo at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the burger was served cold and tasted completely uncooked. I am disappointed because I work hard for my money and cannot afford to purchase uncooked food. I plan on returning to the restaurant to request a refund as soon as possible. This experience was very upsetting.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful. I called and requested to speak to a manager because for the second time, they forgot to include a blizzard in our meal combo. The employee argued with me and called me a liar before hanging up on me. I tried calling back multiple times but no one answered. I used to spend a decent amount of money here each week, but not anymore!

The parking and entrance at this restaurant are terrible. Upon entering, the atmosphere is dirty and the staff is extremely unfriendly. They even put their fingers inside the drink glasses before serving them. When I requested a clean glass, they gave me a dirty look. The hot fudge sundae I ordered was supposed to be medium-sized, but it turned out to be as small as a small sundae ordered by someone ahead of me. The lady at the counter claimed she had given me a large, which was clearly not true. This establishment needs a completely new staff, not just more training. The portions are tiny, as shown in the photos. We will not be returning and will advise others to avoid this location. Additionally, they forgot part of our order, which is concerning considering the lack of hygiene we observed. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing.

Food was great! Staff could have been friendlier... I also work in food service and completely understand being busy. However, that doesn't mean that customer service skills should be put on the back burner.

They have some pretty nice desserts but there main food is pretty bad, its not very appealing, or tast to bad. There desserts are really good though, they have all sorts of types of different stuff to put in or to have for desserts. I last got a oreoblizzard and its my Favorite ???? dessert to get there. (Sadly don't have photo)
