Carson Dining Hall - Eugene

This place is a delicious buffet that scatters my expectations of cafeteria food. Good employees. People here do great work to make sure everything is cooked properly and freshly. The diversity and diversity per day makes this place always worth going.

As a student, I love a gastronomic option that changes. All restaurants on campus are good, but the food here is the closest to a house cooked meal. It is also open to the public, so if you are interested in trying and you are not a student you can. The menu is located on the University Living website.

The best and only breakfast buffet on the UofO campus.

Great food, great service and ok music. Sometimes I don't like the music choice for eating.

The food here is actually pretty good, being that it's the most cafeteria-like dining hall on campus. The hours of service are a little odd, though, and there are awkward breaks between meal times, during which there is not much food available. There's always plenty of seating, even at peak times. Everything is usually very clean, too. It may be somewhat expensive (with a point-based meal plan), but it's worth it most of the time.
