Thein Thai Restaurant - ETTALONG BEACH

Weekend away and decided to get take away but on arrival it was quiet, so we decided to dine-in and glad we did. Greeted by very friendly staff who were happy to make a slight change to our order. Food was great and delivered quickly. Fantastic mussaman beef. One of the best we've had. Really good. Very enjoyable, well priced meal in a pleasant family environment. Would definitely come back again.

I visited the restaurant in the middle of the week and it was still busy. There seemed to be only one waitress working, but the service was reasonably quick. The prices for both appetizers and main courses were reasonable.

The restaurant offers generous portions and tasty dishes, but is priced higher than most. There is only one staff member handling the entire floor, leading to inconsistent service at times.

Dinner for four two weeks ago. Started with spring rolls, curry puffs and chicken satay. All very good. Mains of garlic chicken and massaman curry were delicious. So handy to Mantra resort. Byo wine. Lovely service. JH

Lovely meal sitting on the balcony. The service was excellent. They could fit us in without a booking. The food was nice with very big servings. We would return.
