A trip back in time watching couples jiving the night away and listening to the host play a multitude of instruments and sing. The gluten free calamari was THE BEST. The other seafood was a Title over cooked. The bar and as a nice touch.

The service was excellent the meal was good they went out of their way to cook me the barramundi without garlic as i assumed that there would be a dish without garlic the meal was good the cocktails were ordinary I think it's bit pricey for ettalong

Saturday night. Joint birthday dinner for two friends. Early dinner as one of our friends' elderly mother was with us. Sat down, had drinks. Ordered entrees. Entrees were very nice, well cooked and well presented. Table cleared. Ordered more drinks. Ordered mains. Waited. Waited. Waited. Ordered more drinks. Waited. Waited. Waited. Asked owner if our mains would be ready soon but he was too eager to get on stage and sing. Asked a waitperson if our meal would be with us soon. 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we were still unfed, but at least the owner was singing his heart out on the stage. A table of about 14 people who came in a good half hour after us started to get their mains. We were still waiting. Asked again. Ours, apparently would be out next. Told them no to bother...bring us the bill for what we already had and we left hungry. The wait persons were attentive and professional. Owner should take a look at himself and ensure his paying guests are happy before he gets on stage to "perform". The really annoying part is how could they cook for a party of 14 who arrived at least 30 minutes after a party of 5???? Poor effort by the kitchen staff...realllllly poor effort by the owner.

How satisfying, well I'm still sitting here having just finished my seafood stew writing this review, that satisfying. Yes, the prices are a little on the high side but comparable to the quality of the food. It is fairly quiet with only four other tables currently occupied which probably helped in the quick service. Other then the seafood stew we also had the beef rib. The stew was plentiful in terms of quantity and taste. The beef fell off the rib, so tender. Excellent.
