If you enjoy cold brew this is hands down the best. I have tried many other options to make iced coffees at home and nothing compares to this. Best taste, both the concentrate and the premade cans are so good. I have decided to become a subscriber and get deliveries monthly because it is simply the best around. The customer service is also amazing. Highly recommend.

Just bought the 'CASCARA ' sparkling ice tea from Metro grocery store. And its obviously that there are something wrong with the can packaging at the manufactory. The can has wired double layer. And the 'inside ' is dirty and leaking. The bottom of the can is dirty as well. This is a serious quality control and shipping problems. Hope to receive the respond from you guys. This is absolutely against Safe Food for Canadian Act.

I bought a can of the coconut nitro cold brew and it was very weak. It was the colour of tea and barely had flavour, I'm assuming it was a bad batch but I'm not sure if I should spend more money trying another one. I'll stick to making my own cold brew.

Was mislead by information on the website about the oat milk that you can purchase and I am assuming the lattes as I believe use this oat milk as well. severe nut allergy and on the website the oat milk stated nut free. When I got the products on the oat milk it stated processed in a facility that processes nuts and peanuts..which is a huge issue and concern. I believe that their lattes are made with this oat milk as well. This information should be clear on the website. I emailed to see what could be done as this is not my error and I did get a response but they have not did anything to correct this at this point. Very disappointing and I would hope the company will do something to correct.
