You went by and got only one urge to crepes, or in this case Buckwheat Gallettes often in Normandy and Brittany. Quiet, local and owner host was attentive to any need, without inappropriate. The hearty gallets were mouthwatering well and the desert crests would satisfy any sweet tooth. My crepe Normandy was filled in Calvado's juicy apple and flambéd. It was all I could do to have no second. Will come back without question.
