A service of excellence, daring to perfection, and a dedicated and attentive team. The cuisine of this young chef, talented to say the least, is full of subtlety and daring. We opted for the vegetable garden destination in 5 moments with food/wine pairings. It was a great discovery since each of the dishes delighted us. Everything was perfect, the same for the small bites that accompanied the aperitif, or even the Paris Sainte-Maure that we recommend, even the sweets with the coffee. Everything was VERY good. Only one regret, that of not having taken the menu in 7 moments. Thanks again to the whole team for this delicious moment. Without a doubt, an essential gastronomic address at the gates of Tours. PS: areas for improvement for the restaurant room: the artificial plants on the mezzanine wall do not give pride of place to the magnificent wall heads. When night falls, a few small solar lanterns, hidden on the garden/pool side, would allow you to open onto the outside from the bay window and give perspective to the room. The functioning fireplace would have helped regulate temperature variations and remedy some drafts.

Lovely restaurant! Beautiful and picturesque location in a forest. Wonderful and happy service and amazing and creative food with forest flavors...and there is another pleasant surprise, the sweet chef served us the last dish.
