Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - esville

Spanky was our server and was wonderful. He's on top of his game and took good care of us today at my 70th. birthday lunch. Great service!!!

One of the worst experiences that I have had. We sat too close to the kitchen and the help was constantly hollering at each other. The waitress came out of the kitchen and started raising her voice so another waitress could hear her across the dinning room. Our waitress didn't offer to refill our glasses. And to top it off, my daughter ordered a cesar salad. The salad was drenched in dressing to the point she couldn't eat it. When I mentioned it she said; sorry we used to put the dressing on the side but our manager wants us to toss it on the salad now. Of course she didn't offer to take it off the bill! Well the waitress got tipped the salad and a few bucks. Not going back any time soon.

Took over an hour to get our food after we ordered. It taste good and was fresh but the wait was extra long.

We usually have great service and food here but last night we were really disappointed. Our server was incredibly rude. She had a broken arm and was carrying trays and I felt really bad for her but she set drinks down and asked us if we needed anything and my boyfriend asked if he could have a straw and she really aggressively said “you’re going to have to wait a minute sir” and then stormed off. We were asked to move tables because there was a very large tray of drinks dropped right next to us which was fine but our food took over an hour to come out. And when we got it my friend got her food and then was told that they did not have the side she requested and then her boyfriend got his and had the same exact side that they “didn’t have”. Regardless she should’ve been informed about that within the hour time we were waiting for our food so they could have had something else ready for her when her food came out. I also ordered an alcoholic drink and I got that 35 minutes after I ordered it, basically melted and was gross. I don’t remember out servers name but she was not friendly at all and was very intimidating. Won’t be back :
