Patio The Stanley - ESTES PARK

We had the red trout plate dinner. It was excellent. Our server,Sarah, was not only a great server, but her personality is what made her fun to be around.

The waitress didn't show up for 10 minutes after we first set ourselves. then she appeared twice after that. the weeping was corked and she did not come back to the table to tell her until we were almost finished with our meal. the food was good.

Unfortunately cannot remember our server name, but it was fantastic!

My man and I had a late lunch and an early dinner reservation, so we were not very hungry and decided to share only one appetizer and escape. we had the brittle spirouts and chicken beak blue, both were incredible. the service was also fantastic. we'll be in town next time.

The food and everyone at Cascades was amazing. The manager was incredibly friendly when she came by and our server was top notch all the way!
