During an accompanied professional travel, a stop for one night in this establishment located in North Aveyron. On the town of Le Nayrac, this Hotel-Restaurant successfully defends the colors of the culinary Terroir in high ways! Can we imagine a family kitchen made on a wooden piano? Well, I do. Every morning, the Chef feeds his cooking space in order to be at the best of home quality with products of a perfect freshness. It's all home, except for ice cream. But don't blame them! A rabbit terrine that you are offered at the beginning, a rib from the Aubrac breed cooked with wood fire, an Aligot from behind the fagots to finish with a homemade apple pie! And a good and beautiful map of local and other wines delight you the palace! And as a bonus, asking nicely you visit the famous kitchen or everything is done with wood! A stage that deserves a detour. Perfect welcome, availability and seriousness of operators. And Breakfast at the top!! Bravo!
