Tavolino Esslingen

I was eating with my daughter and my two grandchildren today, after our shopping in tavolino, or at least had it before. there was only pizza from the map. there was no order for the barley dishes, which are also on the map. as a replacement there was a kind of coo, with spaghetti with chop meatsosse and penne with tomatensosse, gurken, salat and carrots. parmesan was able to sprinkle on it. in our table we realized that eating was cold and that the parmesan was moldy. I spoke the service on it, and they took her boss. his comment on the moldy parmesan: each cheese has mold and that is healthy and on the buffet it will eat quickly cold. you can't do anything. It was only comical that the spaghetti were just refilled with chop meat and were already cold. simply unharmed and not professional!

First we were ignored 10 minutes by the waiter, although not much was going on. Then we ordered a pizza with mushrooms and ham. then a pizza was served only with mushrooms. Well, it can happen. we immediately complained and thought that we still take the pizza (you don't have to throw away food just because a ply is missing). on our demand we were assured that only one pizza with mushrooms is calculated for this, this is cheaper. when the bill came, a pizza with mushrooms was put in bill, but this was as expensive as those with ham and mushrooms. but then the inconsistency came first: the waiter actually stepped down to have claimed 15 minutes before, we will put the cheaper pizza with mushrooms in bill! on the menu there was also a price difference. this was not taken into account in the calculation. Instead, the waiter was extremely unrestrained and said he never claimed that the mushrooms were cheaper. hallo! we were too two and have good ears.................We felt extremely pulled over the table. so you don't deal with customers, especially since the load doesn't run well anyway, and the most important: the pizza didn't even taste good, convenience teig with analog cheese.

So the pizza looked really good, why did I not order her?my pasta (carbonara) had nothing to do with the actual dish except for the nudes. service was very nice and fast. like some others before me, I can only say "purchasing center gastro".

Today I was with the family after shopping in the teasar center, eduring in the tavolino restaurant. not for the first time, but also not more often we were there. we have 3 children, the smallest, the explorer, just over 1 year. Crawls and runs around and everywhere we go to eat, the people are careless and the service forces do not take us bad and go against us that we let the little one run free. this time, the first time in life, and I hope that's the last time, a young man who served us after eating, at the payment, starts telling me to watch my child so that no one overruns him and nothing happens to him. after which I tried to rightly point him and explained to him that if he has no own children, he has not to tell me a father of three children, as I have to look after my children, was so fuzzy to discuss with me. when I asked him about his name, he refused to call it to me, then I saw myself forced to interrupt communication with him and to steal the layer manager, to whom I explained the situation. the layer manager was so correct and asked for forgiveness, but played the situation down.Factory: badly trained service, no understanding for the families with children!!The incident occurred Ham08.98.2015' against 12.30-13.00 uhrich hope that this reads herrn bewker!,

I have been here three times a day and has never been disappointed! very clean, nicely designed local that served for moderate prices very good food. fresh pasta and delicious salads. the services I feel as extremely friendly and accommodating. Of course, it is not an acute gastronomy, but in this generally more loveless shopping center, this is a small oasis for me locally.
