Man Hing Chinese - Essex

(paid with card) driver went no tip which was just baffling and rude considering he was still holding my food AND he didn 't even know if i tipped online or not

Horrible customer service. They forgot part of my order and blamed it on me. They claimed the driver will come pick it up the food when all I wanted is the credit. The young girl who I assume to be the daughter that answers the phone needs a class in customer service. Order from anywhere else but this place. They lost out on a good customer over a side of noodles.

Bad customer service. Ordered here because it?s down the street from my house. Got home with my food and it was incorrect. Which is okay, people make mistakes. Here?s what got me?. I called to tell them about it to have my order corrected and she proceeded to hold the phone away and argue with someone else about the order. Only to come back and tell me I do see that the order was wrong- what do you want me to do about it? Food not that great. I?ll be driving to oriental wok

Terrible. Food is not good. Also. The can not follow simple instructions. Only onions . I ordered lo mien fried rice. Ended up with all vegetables. I even tipped smh. Plus I 'm allergic to carrots and don 't eat peas at all. $27 wasted. Had no choice but to trash it all. Wonton are also.

I?ve been ordering from this place for about 5 years. The food is always good, but the prices on some things like the fried chicken wings have become absurd! $9 for four wings now. My usual order is now roughly $10 more expensive than it used to be. So from $35 to now $45. If they don?t correct the price gouging I?ll be searching for a new Chinese restaurant to get my food from. I?m open to suggestions in the Dundalk Essex area
