Michigan Diner - Essex

Went there for Thanksgiving dinner last weekend. It was amazing. Food was delicious and the portions were huge really giving you your money worth. Cost $20 for the ribs but it got me 2 meals. My brother in law had the full rack and it reminded us of Fred Flintstones at the drive in with the brontosarus ribs. Wife is obsessing over the salad and souvlaki and the rest of the family raved about the food.Service was excellent the ladies were so kind to us and accommodating. We just ordered again today and will be back to sit in again soon. Wife got the salad and I got the meatloaf. Will let you know how it tasted.Parking: Tons of parking

Great food but the gravy is full of slimey clumps, they need to strain better.

I just left there with my girl friend . We ordered the chicken . After finding my not cooked completely I showed them and them took it back and gave me a bill for both meals . When I asked she came back with what she said was 25% off a uncooked chicken witch I don't even eat of the meal wouldn't tell anyone yo eat there . Be lucky someone hasn't got sick yet
