Little Italy - Essen

This is a small restaurants in the middle of Essen which offers an average Italian menu with a wide range of pizza ‘s as well as meat and fish options. The food is average not spectacular but well-made . Service is great and attentive . The place is well lit restrooms are OK . The beverage selection contains a staple of german beers and Italian wines.

They offer a nice variety of italian food as well as pizza. I think they offer pizza coz they think it 's a must for an italian restaurant and to attract customers. Last Saturday eve was there w/o reservation and had to wait some minutes coz it was fully booked. Then we got a nice table upstairs. Feared we got neglected there coz there are only two tables but completely wrong. Three of the staff came frome time to time to check if we need sthg. Had salmon for starters, then mushrooms and spaghetti with shrimp. Everthing in very good quality, portions not too big, more on the small side. Therefore u should take a starter or a desert if u r hungry!

Unfortunately, eating was wrongly packed. the spaghetti in the salat bowl, the salate with warm mushrooms in the thermo dish. therefore the salate was clouded. It was good.

There is one of the most tasty rumpsteaks in the region, at a comparatively cheap price.
