Triskala - Essaouira

This old 19th century caravan hotel has been transformed into a meeting point and winery for Eastern artists. After suffering damage in the 1911 earthquake, the hotel lost its iconic dome but was meticulously rebuilt piece by piece. Today, the Triskala bar is a charming spot that serves French crepes made from black wheat flour for 2-3 euros each, oriental salads with Argan oil for three euros, and pasta dishes such as lasagna or fried rice for four euros. Drinks are priced at 1.50-2 euros, with a wide variety of vegetable juices available including garlic tomato onion, pumpkin, tomato pepper, mint cucumber, and fruit juices. This is a relaxing and refreshing place to visit at any time of the year.
