Este lugar es un verdadero descubrimiento. Ubicado en un espacio encantador dentro de un hotel. La comida es algo exquisito. El pad-thai fuera de este mundo! La atención es buena, y aunque como todo es un poco caro, la comida lo vale. Esta hecha con amor, y se siente. Todo el feeling del lugar me encanta, lo repetí dos veces. Sumamente recomendadisimo!!!

El ambiente se me hizo padrísimo ya que es muy en la naturaleza y decorado de una manera que te hace sentir un ambiente a favor de lo natural y saludable... que es lo que estaba buscando. En cuanto a la comida probamos los bowls y estaban super super ricos con los toppings . Luego las bebidas, los tés probamos el chai de la india que es preparado en casa y está demasiado rico... por otro lado tienen muchas opciones porque justo tenía ganas de una Kombucha y sí la tenían Lo remiendo 100% si buscan algo más saludable o hasta algun antojo

We ordered a take-out in Tulum pueblo (the village) not beach location) en route to the airport. We had the curry that tasted horrible and was tasteless it was lukewarm thin coconut milk without any flavors, spices, no sprouts etc. However, NB: the same...dish is exceptionally amazing (deep green/rich in color and thick consistency with sprouts) on the beach location but the kitchen in pueblo is clearly not up to scratch. Please have the kitchen staff train on the beach! What a missed occasion. Go to CoCon Amor walk) instead when in Tulum pueblo better!

Highly recommended if you are looking for fresh, healthy and tasty options. I love the chocolate dream bowl! It was fresh and delicious. Their coffee was also really good! Priscila was very kind and helpful. We will come back to try another bowl and enjoy...another cup of coffee.

Yes, the food is good, but that does not make up for the horrible service! We visited Raw Love in downtown Tulum based on all the great reviews, but we were sadly dissapointed, especially by the owner. There was a man in front of me...in the line, and when he pointed out that he had not received any change (as we witnessed), the owner argued with him and had a rude attitude. When it was my turn, the owner claimed that the transaction had not gone through, and asked me to wait. When I showed her that it had indeed gone through, we had to wait min for two smoothies. After min another staff came up to us and said «welcome to Raw Love», like we had just walked through the door. We explained that we had waited a long time, and in stead of helping us, the staff asked us to contact the owner. When we said that we wanted her help instead, she stepped up and located the smoothies, which had been sitting on the counter in the heat the last min! The general impression is that Raw Love is clearly understaffed, and that the staff needs training and a more welcoming attitude.
