Bidra med feedbackEverything was perfect. There was minimal wait time at the drive-thru, from start to finish. We particularly enjoyed the new items they recently added to their menu. Overall, everything was fantastic!
The drive-thru server was impolite and unattentive. She didn't listen and spoke negatively about my friend when she attempted to communicate with her.
Yesterday, I went to Burger King and they got my order wrong. The employees were unhelpful and rude when I tried to call to correct it. I asked for a specific burger and they gave me a junior whopper instead. I was so disappointed by their poor customer service that I will never go back to that location. I even contacted the company directly to complain.
