Insulter by the deliveryman when he was 1h30 late

A shame. Already announced to be delivered after fifty-five minutes (which already a little too much), after an hour and a half always nothing, no news. So we decide to call. We were entitled to a beautiful scene on the phone, full of excuses and good promises, indicating that the order will leave immediately. Clearly, after an hour and a half, the order was still not ready... And far from being sent. And of course, no one thought it was good to have the idea of calling us to warn us. A quarter of an hour later, still no news, we remember a second time to enquire about the situation... New scene, but no commercial gesture. At the end of two hours, the delivery man arrives in the end. No commercial action will be granted. It is almost 23h (the order having been placed at 20h50), while we live at five minutes by car. Instead of apologizing on behalf of his employer and seeking a compromise, the deliveryman tries to confuse us. Subito Pizza is really to avoid if you want a fast and professional service. For us in any case, it's over with this service that really didn't do anything for the customer.

The beer that flows to the store is very good, perhaps because it is served by super perfect barmen?! lol is an excellent place on esbly, the atmosphere is very pleasant, family and casual and the rates are appropriate.

Orders passed have 22h accepted on the phone never delivered notified! Bravo and thank you
