We ordered a portion of döner. As we ordered, we informed them that we have a gluten allergy and asked them not to put bread. When the order arrived, we told the staff member about the bread on top and they took it down to exchange the order. They brought back the same order with bread on it, which shows a lack of responsibility. I told the staff member that gluten should not come in contact, and suggested we change it since it seems like the same plate has been returned. They did not immediately offer to change it. I had also asked for extra potatoes since there was no bread, but they came with just a small portion. I had asked for onions on the side as well...

We had a disappointing meal at a restaurant that is not worth 5 stars. We ordered a domix and were told it would take 1 hour to be delivered to our home, so we decided to eat there instead. The chicken we were served was tough and the skin was not removed properly. I do not recommend this place. There are new restaurants that are more organized and orderly than this one. The old one, Domix, is not good at all.

Customer satisfaction is terrible, order speed is very bad, it can't bring to the city center within 2 hours.
