Zaxbys has the best customer service. The food not so much. It's too salty.Kid-friendliness: Has the perfect indoor for kids. Especially a birthday party!

Food was hot and fresh! Order was accurate. Floors were so sticky in front of the drink area, otherwise I would've given all 5 stars in every area.

We ordered online in the app for curbside pickup. We had some issues getting the order placed but eventually it went through. Our estimated order ready time was 6:04pm and we arrived and parked in one of the curbside pickup spots shortly before that. We checked in via the app and waited. And waited. And waited. At 6:15 I decided to go in and see what was going on. I found our order on the shelves for mobile orders. Fair enough as it was a mobile order... But we specificed curbside pickup. If you're not going to actually offer curbside as a service, do not offer it. Our food was getting cold sitting on the pickup shelf while we were sitting there waiting, expecting a staff member to bring it to us in our car.

I had take out placed through the app 8 items in total and every single one was done correctly!! I appreciate y’all!!The Free shrimps were delicious.Keep up the good work!

Food was great! Service could use some work. I tried multiple times to place our order on the app and it wouldn’t work. Called before my husband headed to the restaurant I was told by the manager on duty that they would make it right if my husband went inside. I had rewards I wanted to use. Manger wasn’t any help other than to tell my husband sorry very disappointing.
