Dunkin' - Erving

The food here is beyond inconsistent. This is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to and the staff is extremely rude other than the manager at this location. I just received the wrong order, no straws and when I did get my order it was soaking wet with grease, inedible and the girl running drive through was angry when we asked for straws 1 star is generous honestly. This place really went downhill and stayed there. 15 minutes for a coffee this morning, not untypical. they don't get a new staff.

They had no donuts and no salted caramel syrup. when we got our drinks, there were coffee parlors everywhere. my friend's torch was not fully attached.

The quality of the food at this restaurant varies depending on the day. The food is good during the week, but I do not recommend going on the weekends. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a strawberry coolatta, but it tasted like plain ice with no flavor at all.
